There seems to be a spider in my dressing gown.

For many years i have found dressing gowns extremely humorous. I believe it stems from the fact that you wake up, sleep in eyes, hair disheveled, mind still on the pillow but then you proceed to wear…a gown? However, following yesterday morning i officially DESPISE my morning gown. As i began to wrap the soft blue toweling around my body i saw something crawling towards me. THERE WAS A GIGANTIC SPIDER ABOUT TO ATTACK ME. I believe it was the same spider that made my sister cry. The size of a mans fist. Hairy like a kiwi. Brown and RANK. I threw my gown into the bathroom and locked the beast inside, putting a sign on the door in order to protect the eyes of my family. However, I believe my dad has flushed it down the toilet, the gown remains on the floor, the spider is no more.

oh my word.  this makes me want to cry.

I have to say, it wasn’t pleasurable, but recently spiders have attacked me a lot. A few weeks ago i smashed one with a shoe. It didn’t die. It squirmed. I smashed it again, and its legs fell off. It continued to squirm. It felt cruel to smash it again. So i ran away. Are adults scared of spiders? I always think that the sign of me being an adult will be the day i can happily leave them alive?
